The Dufour 470 continues to seduce owners, sailors … and the press!
The Dufour 470 has just been elected Sailboat of the Year in Holland! This is the first international distinction for this new unit.
The nominations continue … Officially nominated this summer by the American magazine SAIL in the category of Best Monohull between 41 and 50 feet, the Dufour 470 has just been nominated by the British magazine SAILING TODAY in the category of Sailboat of the Year. In the European Boat of the Year race, where this new unit is also in the running, the sea trials have just been completed in La Rochelle with an international jury composed of major European magazines (Voiles et Voiliers, Vela e Motore, Yachting World, Seilmag, Zeilen, Baadmagasinet, Nautica y Yates …)
To follow, a fourth nomination still kept secret by the magazine… A great recognition of the Dufour shipyard and an illustration of its will to offer sailboats that are performing and innovative.
