The year of the Dufour 44
The entire Dufour range has been enjoying great success throughout the season. The new luxury sailing yacht, the Dufour 44, will be in the spotlight in the autumn. Barely unveiled, she is already the star of the pontoons, and has been acclaimed by the international press, who got to test her in La Rochelle.
The Dufour 44 is the perfect yacht for all sailing philosophies. Whether you’re an experienced sailor, a lover of the oceans or a yachtsman keen to relax at sea, the Dufour 44 is designed for you. This is a nimble yacht that’s a pleasure to helm, with precise, responsive handling (according to feedback from the press).
On board, the comfort of owners hasn’t been neglected. The interior is spacious, luxurious and, above all, bright. The Dufour 44 offers a wide choice of customisation options: three or four cabins, lateral or forward galley. What’s more, an office option is available, offering a functional, well-integrated workspace.
The Dufour 44 has already been nominated for three prestigious international awards: Cruising World’s Boat of the Year, Sail Magazine’s Top Ten Best Boats and the European Yacht of the Year Award from a jury of journalists from 12 industry magazines.
Welcome aboard
The Dufour 44 sailing yacht will be presented in a ‘World Premiere afloat’ at the Cannes Yachting Festival from 10th to 15th September. For the second event, the yacht will be unveiled, making her US Premiere, at the Annapolis Sailboat Show from 10th to 14th October. And there’s also a big announcement due in the autumn… Stay tuned!
At the start of the new season, Dufour plans a grand world tour to present its range of sailboats:
- Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 | from September 10th to 15th | The Dufour 37, 41, 44, and 530 will be presented
- Southampton Boat Show 2024 | from September 13th to 22nd | The models presented are the Dufour 37, 41, and 44
- Genoa Boat Show 2024 | from September 19th to 24th | The Dufour 37, 41, and 44 will be presented
- Le Grand Pavois 2024 | from October 1st to 6th | The models presented are the Dufour 37, 41, 44, and 470
- Annapolis Sailboat Show 2024 | from October 10th to 14th | The Dufour 41, 44, and 470 will be presented
60th Anniversary of Dufour Yachts
This year, the Dufour shipyard is celebrating its 60th anniversary! We look forward to seeing many of you at boat shows and other events to celebrate the occasion, with special offers from our dealers.
