The innovative design by naval architect Umberto Felci of Felci Yachts Design will win you over. In addition to the comfort of life on board, the new features presented by the Dufour 48 promise a boating experience where the feeling you get under sail will be a delight.
~ TWO COCKPITS
Like her predecessors, the Dufour 48 offers plenty of space in the aft cockpit. Two cockpit tables have been installed, guaranteeing remarkable day-to-day comfort.
But that’s not all: the major innovation on the Dufour 48 is a second cockpit forward. And for this new cockpit, dedicated upholstery combining comfort and style has been designed.
~ AN EXTERIOR GALLEY
As you know, the most popular option from Dufour – apart from the navigation equipment – is the plancha grill installed on the aft platform. This area has been redesigned to provide even more space for future owners. In addition, new equipment has been added to transform the grill area into a genuine outdoor kitchen.
~ MODERN LINES & DESIGN
In order to provide the best possible replacement for the Dufour 470, radical changes have been made for the Dufour 48. More modern lines have been imagined for this new model. The yacht’s glazing has also been given a facelift.
The coachroof has been fitted with large, full-length windows, and to complete the picture, a large number of opening hatches.
First-class comfort
Beyond the exterior layout, the interior of the Dufour 48 has been designed to guarantee the incomparable comfort offered by the Dufour brand. Once again, interior designer Ardizio Design has worked hard to make the new model as aesthetically pleasing as she is comfortable.
~ A BRIGHT INTERIOR
Aboard the new Dufour 48, the philosophy used for previous models has been retained. The interior space has never been as bright as in this new model. The coachroof windows provide constant, diffused light along their entire length. Daylight can therefore illuminate the entire saloon and galley area. Also, when the forward cockpit seats are not installed, they reveal a large window that provides even more light inside the boat.
~ A COMFORTABLE OWNER’S CABIN
The owner’s cabin offers ample space to move about freely. The island bed and furnishings promise a luxurious and comfortable environment. Numerous stowage compartments in the cabin ensure perfect organization, greatly simplifying your daily life aboard this new Dufour 48 sailboat.
~ SEVERAL CONFIGURATIONS
As with the Dufour 44, the new Dufour 48 is available in several versions for the interior. Dedicated and optimised saloon tables have been designed for their respective three- and four-cabin versions. The galley is available in a forward or lateral version. The storage spaces have also been optimised to offer perfect stowage organisation.
